Check-in and Check-out
Guests may check into the hotel from 15:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is possible until 10:00 on the day of departure.
Hotel-Initiated Reservation Cancellation
In exceptional cases, such as organisational reasons or full hotel closure, Pod’Gora Boutique Hotel reserves the right to cancel confirmed reservations. Guests will be notified at least two days prior to their scheduled arrival. In such cases, guests are entitled solely to a refund of already paid amounts for the reserved services. No additional compensation or reimbursement is granted.
Cancellation Policy – Individual Reservations
The following rules apply to cancellations of individual reservations:
- Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
- For cancellations made between 14 and 21 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged (paid in advance).
- For later cancellations or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- Cancellation Policy – Groups (more than 10 persons)
- Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation of the entire contingent.
- 59–21 days before arrival: free cancellation of up to 50% of the contingent; the remaining cancelled rooms will be charged 1 night each.
- Less than 21 days before arrival: 100% payment for all cancelled rooms for the full stay.
- No-show (confirmed reservation, guest does not arrive): 100% payment for all rooms for the entire stay.
Smoking and Cleanliness
Smoking is not permitted in the indoor areas of Pod’Gora Boutique Hotel. In case of violation, a deep-cleaning fee of 150 € will be charged.
We pay special attention to room cleanliness. In the event of significant stains or damage to equipment, a cleaning or repair fee of at least 50 € will be charged, depending on the actual damage.
Parking
Parking spaces are intended for hotel guests and are free of charge.
The hotel does not assume responsibility for any damage to vehicles.
Pets
Your four-legged friends are welcome. Please inform us of their presence at the time of reservation so we can ensure a pleasant stay for them.
A daily pet fee of 15 € to 25 €, depending on size, applies.
Prices
All prices include VAT.
Tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to 2.00 € per person per day.
Breakfast is included in the accommodation price.
